Standard Warranty Periods

Dehumidifiers: 2-3 year warranty (varies by model) — Arete One/Two series: 5 years, DD8L Pro: 3 years, Low Energy series: 2 years
Fans and Air Circulators: 3 year warranty — All Sefte series fans
Air Conditioners: 2 year warranty — Cirro and Cirro+ series
Humidifiers: 2 year warranty — Armin series

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or consumable parts (such as filters and batteries unless faulty on arrival).

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at 01483 234900 or email customerservice@meaco.com with your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the fault. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
