We hope you love your product but understand things don't always work out. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. After that window, unwanted returns are not accepted. Products must be in a resalable condition.
Return Steps
- Complete the form on the Returns Portal.
- After confirmation, a DPD drop-off label will be sent (may take up to 3 working days).
- Pack the item in its original box and packaging with all parts included.
- Print the label and attach it; remove or cover old labels.
- Find a nearby DPD drop-off shop and drop off the item.
- If returned in resalable condition, refund processed within 14 working days with email notification.
Returns FAQs
How much does it cost? Most returns are free. MeacoCool MC Series Pro Portable Air Conditioners incur a £50 return charge. Spare parts or filters incur a £5 deduction.
How shall I package my product? All products except spare parts must be returned in original box and packaging to prevent transit damage.
How long do I have? 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Refund timing? Estimated 14 working days from warehouse receipt.
Terms & Conditions
- Resalable condition: Original packaging in good shape; no damage, marks, or dirt; all spare parts included. Deductions apply if not resalable.
- Return charges: £50 for MC Series Pro Portable AC units; £5 for spare parts/filters.
- Delivery charges not refunded unless faulty.
- Returns outside the window or without proof of purchase will not be refunded.
- Only direct www.meaco.com purchases are eligible.
- HEPA, Charcoal, or Calcium Carbonate filters with opened bags cannot be refunded for health/safety reasons.
