Mainland UK delivery options

All Meaco products (excluding spares and commercial dehumidifiers) qualify for Free 2-3 Day delivery when ordered before 6pm to mainland UK addresses, with certain Scottish Highland postcodes excluded, unless items are out of stock or pre-order only.

Our couriers

Deliveries are handled by DPD, providing fast and reliable service. If a mobile number was provided at checkout, DPD sends a text on delivery morning with a one-hour time slot and a driver tracking link.

Ordering more than one item?

We try to deliver all items together, but sometimes items arrive separately. Tracking information is provided for every item.

Delivery to work, a friend or collection point?

Customers unable to accept home delivery can enter an alternative address at checkout — such as a workplace, friend's, or neighbour's address. Due to product value, leaving parcels in a safe place is not permitted. However, once DPD sends morning-of-delivery information, the parcel can be redirected to a local DPD shop for collection.

Delivery of larger products

Commercial dehumidifiers over 30kg are delivered within 48-72 working hours via a kerbside palletised service. These arrive on a large vehicle requiring access, and a team member calls to arrange delivery after the order is placed.

Deliveries with an extra charge

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands use DPD's 2-3 Day service but may take slightly longer. A surcharge applies at checkout for all products except spare parts.
